Seven hectares of vineyards and olive groves on an estate of twelve hectares
Located on the slopes of a hill overlooking the bay of Porto Azzurro, the Arrighi farm is one of Elba’s best wine producers. By expertly combining tradition and innovation, Antonio Arrighi has succeeded in creating unique wines, the result of the fusion between the traditional skills handed down by his great-grandparents, the founders of the vineyard, and new techniques. For over twenty years, the vineyard owner has experimented with unprecedented combinations of native Elba vines with strains not typical to the island, verifying their adaptability to the climatic conditions of the area. The production of wine in terracotta amphora and sparkling wine re fermented in the bottle are certainly the result of continuous research by the winemaker.
Arrighi offers trekking through the vineyards, a group walk of about 2 km through historic and recent hillside vineyards, followed by a guided visit to the cellars with wine and olive oil tasting. Free of charge for children up to 14 years of age.
